Delete your Strut account

In the app

Open Strut and tap your picture at the top of Today to open Profile.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm.

This erases your account from Strut's server straight away: your backup, photos, settings and learned taste, Runway profile, posts, comments and reactions, your purchase record and your push registration. Photos in storage are queued for deletion and removed within a day or so. Nothing is kept for later. Strut then clears the closet from your phone too.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

A piece of clothing: open it in Closet, tap Move to the bin, then in The bin tap Delete forever (or Empty the bin). Its details and photos are removed from your backup; photos in storage go within a day or so.
A look: open it in Looks and delete it. It's removed from your backup.
A Runway post or comment: open its menu and choose Delete post or Delete comment. It's removed for everyone, with its reactions and comments.
Everything on this phone: signing out (Profile → Account → Sign out) clears the closet from the phone and keeps it in your account.

What stays

A Strut Plus subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Strut) so it does not renew.
Server logs hold no personal content and rotate out on their own.

If you cannot open the app

If you no longer have the phone or cannot sign in, ask us to delete the account: Write to support@rippersgames.com. Tell us the Google account you signed in with. We may ask you to confirm you own it, and we will delete the account within 30 days.
